Teen Girl Shot Looking for Ghosts August 24, 2006 A teenager out looking for ghosts with friends was shot in the head and critically wounded near a house considered spooky by local teens, police said Wednesday. A man who lives in the house, Allen S. Davis, 40, was charged in the shooting and told reporters Wednesday from jail that he was trying to drive off trespassers and didn't intend to hurt the teen girls, whom he called juvenile delinquents. Haunted America Conference 2006 June 26,2006 Chris and Brittni went to Alton, IL to the AGS Haunted America Conference. They met Troy Taylor, Len Adams, Vince Wilson, Ursula Bielski, Rosemary Ellen Guiley, Fletcher Allerdice, C.T. Thieme, Keith Age and more... They wanted to thank every one there for contributing to the great time they had, the fellowship they shared, and hope to hear from all of them in the future!!! Palaces, and Battleships and Storms, Oh My... June 22,2006 Well. North Carolina was a nightmare... We got there just in time to be hit by Tropical Storm Alberto. It wiped out the day we planned to hit the battleship and pushed back another date, which eliminated our trip to the Palace. An investigation of a house in North Carolina found no evidence. We did find some interesting things during our 6-6-06 investigation. We are heading back to the site to try to rebut our evidence before we call it good. More on this later... Then it's off to the Haunted Conference in Alton, IL with the American Ghost Society. We can't wait..... 6-6-06, a day for the Ages? June 1,2006 Well, it turns out that Micon isn't getting the Omen. But we have had another case come forward, so we are going to be doing an investigation on 6-6-06. The house has a LONG history of paranormal incidences, so it should prove interesting. If we can share, we will post our findings here!!! CVPI visits the Second City and finds more than it counted on... Went to Chicago to see Depeche Mode, but they cancelled... However, we got to go on the Chicago Hauntings Ghost Tour. It totally made up for missing the concert. Our guide Ken was excellent, and we learned more about Chicago in less than three hours than we had in countless other trips to the Windy City. Pictures are coming soon, so stay tuned... Baseball has always been a passion for us, and now we mix business and pleasure with the help of Bruce at Cooperstown Candlelight Ghost Tours... more when we get back to little Chippewa. We have heard about a maintenance man's spirit, the ghost of a nurse holding a baby, a third "unidentified" specter, things getting moved around, and electronic things turning themselves on and off.
