| Investigator's Log Location: Private Residence, Jacksonville, NC Date: June 17, 2006 Weather: 84F, Tropical Storm Investigators: Chris & Shelly Synopsis: Welcome Back to North Carolina said the storm. Having to ultimately cancel an investigation at the Battleship North Carolina in Wilmington, NC, we decided to help some friends with a haunting of their own. Claiming that they saw the spirit of a young boy on their property, and having various doors open and close themselves, we felt obligated to check it out. The storm wreaked havoc on our equipment, making almost all audio and video unusable. We saw the door close itself once, but of course there was no video camera in the vicinity. We were also unable to do a history search with the library closed, and the police department more worried about storm damage than helping us find the cause for ghosts. In the end, we were not able to make any real conclusions about this reported haunting. |
