Synopsis: The Marshall Building has long been rumoured to be haunted. People complain about feelings of nausea, feeling like you are being watched, and even seeing "shadow people." It is even rumoured that satanic rituals were performed inside the walls of this historic building. CVPI finds cause for the rumours. Read on... There was a definite chill in the air that night. Even in the building, as there was no heat being supplied to the building. Our temperature gauge read a steady -20 degrees F inside the structure. As our investigation began, we realized that only half of the building had electricity. And there was no rhyme or reason to which rooms had power either.
